Ordering
How do I place a custom cake order?
To order a custom cake, fill out my Custom Cake Enquiry Form with your event date, cake size, flavour, design inspo, and any special notes. I’ll reply with a quote and availability.
How much notice do you need for cakes?
I recommend a minimum 2–4 weeks notice. Dates fill quickly, so early enquiries are always best.
Do you take last‑minute orders?
If I have space, yes. Rush fees may apply depending on the design and timeframe.
How do I order stuffed cookies or cookie boxes?
Order directly through my online shop. Choose your box size, list your flavours in the Order Notes, and I’ll bake your box fresh to order.
Pickup, Delivery & Markets
Where are you located?
I’m based in Wilton, NSW, serving the Wollondilly, Macarthur, Southern Highlands and Wollongong/Illawarra regions. Pickup details are provided after booking.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free to Wilton residents. Delivery fees for other locations are based on per km ($0.88 per km) from my home to delivery point plus time taken (based on a rate of $35 per hour).
Do you attend local markets?
Yes! I regularly attend local markets with fresh stuffed cookies, brownies, blondies and other seasonal treats. Follow along on socials for dates.
How do I store my cookies or cake?
Cookies: Airtight container, 5–7 days. Warm 10–15 seconds for added gooey goodness.
Cakes: Store in the fridge; bring to room temp before serving. All instructions are on the cake care guide provided on your cake box.
Dietary & Allergens
Are your products gluten‑free?
I offer gluten‑friendly options, but my kitchen handles gluten.
Do you cater for allergies?
I can accommodate for gluten/dairy/lactose/nut/egg friendly but my kitchen is not allergen‑free. Please ask before ordering.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some flavours contain nuts, and all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
Do you offer vegan or dairy‑free options?
Yes! Only for custom cake orders though.

How much do your custom cakes cost?
Pricing varies by size and design. See my Cake Pricing Guide or submit an enquiry for a quote.
Can I send inspo photos?
Yes! I use them to understand your style. I don’t copy designs exactly. I create something unique for you.
What size cake do I need for my event?
Tell me your guest count and I’ll recommend the perfect size.
Cookies & Boxes
Can I choose my own cookie flavours?
Yes! My 4‑pack and 6‑pack boxes are fully customisable.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
5-7 days in an airtight container. They also freeze well for up to 3 months.
Can I warm up the stuffed cookies?
Absolutely! 10–15 seconds in the microwave gives you that bakery‑style gooey centre.
Do you offer gift boxes or custom notes?
Yes! Add your message in the Order Notes and I’ll include a handwritten note.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
Secure card payments via Wix (Square).
Do you require a deposit for cakes?
Yes. A non‑refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date. 50% if your order is placed within 7 days of being collected.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non‑refundable. Additional charges may apply if work has begun or any additional decorations have been made to order prior to the cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of food products, refunds aren’t offered for change of mind. Please refer to the Refund Policy for further information.
