All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are dispatched once a week on Monday or Tuesday (Sydney, Australia Time) If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping will be by express shipping only to ensure that you get the freshest products delivered. Shipping to PO Boxes is currently not available. Please allow 2-7 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: 

We take great care to pack our cookies, so they arrive fresh and intact. However, once your order leaves our kitchen, it may encounter handling beyond our control. If your cookies arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. Please note that minor breakage may occur during transit and is not considered damage, as it does not affect the taste or quality of our cookies.
